Please can you help? your software found the following threat, please can you give me step by step instructions on how to remove this please.

it says in the description:-
This trojan horse gets installed as a driver and constantly runs in the background and connects to malicious servers without the users consent. Removal may require to manually close the file handles of the core.cache.dsk and core.sys residing in the folder \windows\system32\drivers.

please can you provide step by step directions on how to do this please?
I am running windows vista

Please open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version and date of last definitions.

Did you try to "fix" and reboot, or run Spybot-S&D in safe mode?
