Help please

Hey yeah my pc has started playing up and some of my programs won't load up like musicmatch for instance, I click on it and it doesnt open it kind of just quits out soon as I open it. I think I may have spyware/malware could someone please help? Thanks in advance here is a HijackThis logfile.

Quote the missing file or error messages for us, mention all the problems in as much detail as possible.

Yes post a new hijackthis log and an online report from panda.
Panda ActiveScan-Free online scanner,

Do a full scan > Click the my computer button
After the scan click see report then Save the report and post it back here please.
