Help Plez!!!!

I have a P2P-Worm.Win32.Astef.b
Digital patrol Scanner sees it but won't remove it because it's the trial version. I don't have anything that can see it to remove it. I think I have every spyware program out there but nothing will take this worm off. Do you have any suggestions???
