Help!! Programs Keep Coming

Mbhpne.exe and Clxtn.exe keep showing up as a startup item everytime i delete it using Tune Up Utilities

REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\Windows\System32\clxtn.exe

the startup thing is C:\windows\system32\clxtn.exe reg_run

well, when i remove it , i see about 3 clxtn.exe comes back for a second and then it dissapeares after it readds it to the startup? any suggestions?

i installed NOD32 antivirus and it said win32/trojandownloader.qoologic found in operating memory started from the mbhpne.exe but i cant seem to get rid of that file !!
