Need User Feedback: Help! Spybot is blocking Netgear!!!!

I called a tech line to explainwhy my Rangemax Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter crashes after I use my AOL 9.1 mail service more than once. Then the computer can't find the web address for Firefox. Or AOL. He checked the IP address and said it was Spybot which was firewalling NetGear, etc. I removed Spybot but the same problem continues. What do to!

In your case please also provide a hijackthis log.
