CURRENT PROBLEM/UPDATED INFORMATION:
I ran Spybot S&D version 1.6.2.46 on 6/5/2009 and it detected Virtumonde.sci again. Thinking it was a registry problem, I tried restoring my registry to 6/1/2009 (the last clean scan using both Spybot and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware [MBAM]) using the ERUNT restore file for that date. I ran a quick scan with MBAM and got a clean report:
