Help with combo fix, system not recognized....etc

I ran combo fix and it stops at line 50 and reads C:windows\system32\is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. What is this? It doesn't get me a log file do I have to wait longer than 20 minutes thanks!!
