Help with RealSpy Monitor

Hi this is my very first time to post on Spybot S & D forum.

Here's my problem:

I've recently installed RealSpy Monitor on my system just to see what it does, after an hour I decided to uninstall it because I don't have anyone to spy on. I'm the only one who uses this computer. Anyway, after removing it I scan my computer with Spybot S & D and it detects Realspy Monitor as a spyware. Unfortunately, Spybot cannot remove it from my system.

Spybot is up to date, and it can remove any spywares detected but not Realspy Monitor.

I hope you could help me with this one.
