help with removal of viruses....

Hi to all, I have a infected computer and don't where to start. I have posted a thread in general malware, unfortunately I don't know how to produce a HJT log. I have downloaded the program, but I don't know where to go from there. I am a novice when it comes to computing and feel that who ever decides to help me may have their patience tested. I did not post a HJT log with my first post and would like to learn how to fix this problem. Thanks for any help, lyn :red:

Thank you both for your help. I am not worried at all about a time frame. It looks like to me that all of you are very busy people. I will do as instructed and post a new thread with the HJT log. Again thank you for your help. :bigthumb:
