Help with removal!

Thanks for the feedback, read the link I posted earlier for ways to speed up your computer more.

I posted just now for the consultant from Trend Micro about this issue and as soon as I hear from him I will post. I know we could uninstall and reinstall the program, but we should not have to do that.
