Help with Smitfraud-C.CoreService

Hey guys - hope someone out there can help. I'm being served several ads every few minutes. I have ran SpyBot S&D and it is unable to delete this Smitfraud problem. I've run several scans wih my AV program to no avail - any advice?? Thanks!!!
