Help with Virtumonde clean up

Hi,

JPShortstuff got your upload but it did not contain the info he wanted, we may have done it wrong, hate to bother you can you do it again, he said to do it this way.

Please navigate to:
c:\documents and settings\*your name*\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
Then, right-click on "tif0o28q.default" and select "Send To" >> "Compressed (zipped) folder" to create a .zip of the whole folder. The file should be called something like tif0o28q.default.zip, please upload that to spykillers as before.
