help with windows.activedesktop

Spybot has found this, ive ran spysweeper, spybot, adaware, and now im currently running ewido anti-malware. Which is still scanning and finding stuff that that the others never did. Didnt know there was so much on here. I keep having your computer is in danger windows security center has detected spyware/adaware infection blah blah blah. I have windows xp pro and SP1. I have a hijack this scan but wont post that yet. This popup is very annoying and i need help removing it. Thinking about formatting, need to anyway but dont want to yet.

ok so ive read all that, now how do i fix this? The warning that keeps popping up is annoying as hell. I paid for ewido so doing a scan again with that one and its found more items. But how do i get rid of the windows.activedesktop
