HELP!! "XXX : Google" ?? What the hell?

I'm not sure what the hell happened. I had a problem a few weeks ago with an Internet Security Tool, but got rid of it, or at least I think I did. I'v scanned using Avira, Malware and Spy Bot, and yet when I click on Internet Explorer and Mozilla, the "XXX : Google - Internet Explorer" appears on the top bar of the screen.

Any ideas?? Think I could be flattening and doin a fresh re-install of everything here!
