hi, i i'm using spybot but there's one bit of spyware i think that it cant get rid of, since when i try to fix the selected problems it says its fixed, but it doesnt disapear and returns on all subsequent scans.

I would really appreciate it if someone could suggest what the problem is, if more info than this is needed please let me know, ta.
