Hijacking help needed

Everytime I load up Internet explorer this link appears in my address box followed by the the site it redirects my browser to.

I was hit by a virus before this happened. I've cleaned the virus out with McAfee but the damage it has done is harder to fix. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm a complete noob with computers so detailed help would be appreciated.

To follow this up with more symptoms.

I have McAfee SecurityCenter, and each time I turn on the computer now I have to select McAfee as my default Security Center. Before it was always the default. (though perhaps that is due to also having ewido anti-malware installed as well.)

Spybot-Search and Destroy each time I turn on my computer finds "Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify" and "Windows Security Center.FirewallDisableNotify" these problem and 'fixes' them. If I perform another search it won't find anything. But if I reboot my computer and perform a search it finds it again.


Also Ewido keeps finding new viruses each time it searches. Here are 3 of the latest
