hldrrr.exe Cant get rid of it

Hi, it;s my firt time on this site , I'm a novice so take it easy on me. When i start my user on m,y pc I get an "open file" securty message
that hldrrr.exe wants to run.
My Ewido and AVG programs dont get rid of it.
What can i do to get rid of it?
