How do I remove antimalware Doc

Hello,
My computer has Antimalware Doctor on it. It keeps poping up saying I have numerous viruses. I have run spybot search and destroy 3 times and still wont get rid of it. Because of this I have new icons on my desktop of dirty things and icons named spam. How do I remove this?
