Then start a new topic and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.

and i am not interested in downloading an ERUNT or a DDS until i know what it is.
i thought this was a forum for asking and answering questions so people can find help to take care of their computers.
yes i read the agreement IN FULL, but i am not interested in your DOWNLOADS unless you can tell me what it is, thankyou.

"This is so the registry can be restored to this point if we need it."

DDS Log
When the tool finishes, it will open 2 reports, DDS.txt and attach.txt

This is so volunteers can analyze the reports and provide assistance.
