how long to wait for a response?

i posted an issue in malware forums on july 17th, and have had no comment on it. i wont re-post it unless told to do so. maybe it was over looked, or deemed insignificant, but i am wondering how long should i wait before...continuing to wait? thanks in advance. p.

Hello schumacher62,

Unfortunately you made six posts to your topic.

Posting additional comments or logs before a volunteer responds, can push you back instead of forward, because your thread ends up with a newer date. In addition helpers would think you are already being assisted because of the post count.
