When you are trying to disable "SDHelper" and you go into Spybot > Tools, what is the title of the right hand page you are on?

When you go into Spybot > Immunize, are all the counts in the scrollable list for protected items (profiles) zero?

There seems to be a virus a360 on the computer, but spybot has not detected it. How do I get rid of it if spybot does not work?
