How to remove some dll errors, rasman.dll,Loginui.exe?

I've tried many things to get rid of this and it wont go away. I did the "cmd" "sfc/scannow" and that didn't really help. I ran a scan with avg and It found 2 trojans, so i deleted them. Ran Uniblue and ran the registrybooster and spyware. Couldn't find anything of a threat to my computer on spyware. And my registry just has a bunch of errors when i try to fix them. I also ran trojankiller and spybot and they couldn't find anything either. I still get the rasmad.dll errors and that stuff. What to do now?
I have a laptop, with Windows 7.

FYI: Registry Cleaners, are not recommended
