How to scan as an "administrator"...

I repeatedly have two items, which cannot be removed without this ability. How can I scan as an "administrator"? Thanks.

Tashi...I followed that link, and re-scanned. The two items are still there, and I continue to get the directive that I "scan as an administrator"! Any other ideas? Is there anything else I should do besides clicking-on the link that you advised? Thanks.
