How to upload files with a contact form?

Hi, I tried a lot of script for uploading a file with a contact form, but did not manage to do it.. Maybe some file rights problems… is there a good script that you used and can recommend me?

Which files do you want to send?
You can also send the files to detections(at)spybot.info .

I am sorry Sandra, I ment uploading files for my contact form. (my own Contact Us page). I am little desperate that my hosting doesn't support PHP so I hade to switch to services like http://www.kontactr.com and http://www.123contactform.com
