I can delete one entry in my black list?

2. I can delete one entry in my black list and convert this to mi white list?

Well,yes,you can delete an item from your blacklist.To add it to your white list you could click Allow Change,and checkmark Remember This Decision,if Teatimer pops up a notification about it again.
