i cant run spybot s&d

i got infected with packed.generic.200, a heuristic virus. i'm using norton antivirus. i ran rootalyzer and it showed me the hidden files, i deleted those files, but if i refresh the same files show up again! i deleted those files from the registry but the problem persists. i cant run spybot s&d, i cant uninstall norton from my system. could u suggest what i can do?
