I dont know whats happening

right now im running in safe mode, that is the only thing that will let me use my computer AT ALL. when i try to run in regular, it just FREEZES. bit defender is the last thing i downloaded. anything i can do to get my computer back to normal?
 
Try uninstalling any software you have installed about the time problems started, and/or if on an NT system use system restore to revert back to when there were no problems.

What Operating system is it you have ?
Any other symtoms ?

What version of SpyBot is it you have ?
