I have spyware/malware that I need help removing

Hello, I have used this site once before to help me remove my spyware/malware from my laptop. I have a DELL XPS M170 running Windows XP. The people were great in helping me and succesfully removed it from my computer. Now 5 years later I have another problem thats alot worse. I cant use my computer for more than an hour before the screen turns blue and says things that are wrong with it which makes me have to turn it off and restart. When I ran spybot the problems that appear after the scan are: ALEXATOOLBAR, MYWAY.MYWEBSEARCH, RIGHT MEDIA, ZLOB.DOWNLOADER.BS, AND ZLOB.DOWNLOADER.SG. If anyone can lend their spyware/malware skills and help me to rid my laptop of these problems would be soo helpful. Thanks in advance to everyone that can help. I also have my girlfriends laptop that has some spyware/malware but nothing even close to as bad as mine. I will be posting another thread asking for help with hers. Thanks again, Rob
 
Just wanted to add something

Also when Im trying to sign on to Firefox it will not let me. It just keeps freezing and says (NOT RESPONDING). Thanks
