I really need help!!

hi I just got this virus not sure what it is but it keeps giving me this popup with a antivirus ad then sometimes a notice pops out saying "you have just downloaded hot_teen_****ing_horse. Would you like to view the video now?"

Also in google every search I make it tells me on first link "your pc has been infected by porn spyware" I got it from downloading a software called undelete on click from a site plz help me its irritating me and spybot can't find anything on my pc cus its already fixed everything but I still have the problem I think its something like zlob but I don't know
 
Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.
