I think I have a version of a trojan

I ran OT moveit and rebooted, upon restart an error came up saying windows defender failed to initialize 0x800106ba. A problem caused this programs service to stop. To start the service restart your computer or search hand support for how to start the service manually. I restarted again but the same error came up.
Also my anti virus software seems to have disappeared AVG 7.5 (free version) shall I download and install again ?
Lastly, but most importantly my wireless connection still doesn't work, it was fine until I got these virus and infections ?
 
I managed to do a system restore to a point before I got the virus, it has sorted the windows defender problem and my wireless connection now works fine. The only problem I have now is AVG will not work, it comes up with start errors. I tried reinstalling but still won't work. Can you recommend anything or even an alternate anti virus software to use ??

I ahve done the part you said on HJT, but when I try to run the Panda scan the new window opens but is blank, any ideas ?
I have downloaded windows updates, and pc tools firewall. I tried to install AVG 7.5 again but still says installation failed due to two errors

Run this online scan

You will need to use Internet explorer for this scan!
  • First, accept the Terms of Use
  • Click: Start
  • When asked, allow the ActiveX control to install
  • Click: Start
  • Make sure the options:
    Remove found threats, and Scan unwanted applications
    are both checked!
  • Click: Scan

When the scan finishes, use Notepad to open the ESET report.
It will be located here C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt
 
I get as far as the pressing start and it comes up with the following error:
Error: cannot initialize online scanner Administrator rights required
 
Right click on IE and select run as administrator then try the online scan. Close all other IE windows before doing this.
