Identity Monitor gives error 200

My spybot identity monitor becomes unresponsive and shows an error message "lbsLookUpFailed : code 200" Can anyone shed any light on this problem, please?

Please uninstall Identity Monitor, then install it again.

How to Uninstall Identity Monitor

To uninstall Identity Monitor:

[Via Control Panel]

• Open the Windows Control Panel, by pressing the Windows Key + S to Search, then type "Control Panel".

• Change the Category View to "Small icons", then go to "Programs and Features".

• Scroll down the where "Spybot Identity Monitor" is listed, then click on it and press "Uninstall"

• Click "Yes" when prompted by the "User Account Control".

• Click "Yes" asked if you are sure you would like to uninstall Spybot.

• Once Spybot has been uninstalled, click "Yes" to restart your PC.

If you wish, you can also delete the Identity Monitor Programs Files folder after restarting your PC.

Identity Monitor Program Files Folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Safer-Networking Ltd\Spybot Identity Monitor

Please download the latest version of Spybot Identity Monitor 5.1 using the instructions below.
