My wife has a mini-laptop.

Been messed up for months.

Comcast says we have a bot on our network.

Been getting IDP.Trojan.1C8D1A13 & Crypt.AQLW showing up on AVG.

Have no clue what to do - Need all the help I can get.

In order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide preliminary "DDS" logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the DDS logs as shown in that FAQ, along with a description of the computer's symptoms, and a volunteer analyst will assist you when available. :)
