ie tweaks in Spybot

In the new version, the only ie tweak that is available is marking the hosts file as read only - is this a bug? In the previous version, there were two more checkboxes.

Also, is there a way to delete the hosts file backups?
 
Mine shows all three (3) Miscellaneous locks:
  • Lock Hosts file read-only as protection against hijackers
  • Lock IE start page setting against user changes (current user)
  • Lock IE control panel against opening from within IE (current user)
 
I am in Vista and run Spywareblaster - does that matter? Is Spywareblaster even worth it anymore with all the "kill-bit" protection that Spybot offers?

Same problem on a french Vista:

The only "IE Tweak" is about locking the hosts file (read-only).
No other "IE Tweak" available (not displayed).
