IE Tweaks-"Lock Host file read-only as protection against Hijackers is greyed Out

Hi,

I remember this happened to me ages ago but I can't seem to remember what I needed to do to enable this option. Running Spybot on a newly reformatted hard drive with Win XP Home Edition.
