I just posted a thread, but this is a different question.
My windows XPsp2 computer has the option to lock the hosts file and two options for locking IE under IE Tweaks.
On my Vista Home Basic computer I only have the option to lock the hosts file. No options are listed to lock IE. Is that normal and why?
