Have run the various versions of Spybot in the past with no problems, currently running 1.3. Have just tried to run Norton Speed Disk (Utilities) to defrag, as I have in the past, and an error message came up

Any suggestions would be much appreciated - in idiot proof language please as I do not understand a lot of computer jargon.
