i'm infected with TA_Start, Think-Adz, and WinAntivirus

my computer is infected with TA_Start, Think-adz, and winantivirus.
As of right now, when i turn on my computer, it show me that there is an error and can't run c:\WINDOWS\system32\cviiaick.dll. i try to find what is wrong with my computer, but then my computer just shuts off and restarts it on it's own.
Please help!:sad:
