Immunisation answer wanted please

When I apply "passive protection" everything looks OK.

But the next time I start the programme it indicates no passive protection is applied.

I then re-apply the passive protection and the whole cycle starts again.

I am using the programme with administrator privileges.

I can supply a screenshot of what I mean

Can anyone help please.
 
Hello,

If you think nothing has been immunized, please make sure you have clicked on “Check system” which can be found on the navigation bar on the left. This will check for already applied immunization.

The system is still immunized when you close Spybot.
In order to see it you just need to manually "Check System". We will improve this feature, that it will automatically do this once you open the immunization. This should avoid misunderstandings.

OK - I did that.

BUT - when I restart the programme it still indicates that everything is unprotected and I have to re-apply "passive protection" as everything is "unprocessed"

Or - am I missing something here ?

I am a 71 year old, semi literate( on computers ) englishman, so perhaps I just don't understand - sorry about this.
