Immunization error or ....?

Hello!

I updated the signatures in SD.
After the update, I re-immunized my system. Namely, I tried.
Here is a screenshot of my SD: and I can't understand.

Immunization successfull, unprotected items: zero, but, the number of total items and protected items are different.
How can it be?

I tried reinstall the SD.

there are lots of possible explanations for this...

Which version of Spybot do you use?
Which operating system do you use?
Which entries can't be immunized by Spybot exactly (Firefox, IE, Opera, Images, Cookies, secure domains....) ? Please be more specific... otherwise, it can be very difficult for us to help...

Did you already read the thread Various reasons for incomplete immunization ?

SD version: latest, which available on website
op.system: WinXP Pro SP3 Eng
Which entries can't be immunized by Spybot exactly: It seems all entries immunized. But, the counter display different state.

My security programs: Comodo Firewall, Avira Antivir, Comodo Memory firewall, Spyware Blaster, Peerguardian.
But, I use my sec. program along with SD a good while, without problems.

Browser: Opera, Firefox latest

Hi molngab,

What you can try:

1)
Dis-able all other security tools while immunizing Spybot.

2)
Make sure that all browsers are closed.
Open Spybot > Immunize > click Undo > click Immunize
