Immunization in windows safe mode

If i have a question concerning immunization in windows safe mode, which is the proper forum to post such a question?
 
Immunization in windows safe

When i enter the immuzation application in SpyBot it shows complete immunization.

When i enter the immunization application in SpyBot in windows SAFE MODE another eight immunizations are possible.

How come this is so?

Is it safe to immunize the last eight possible immunizations in windows safe mode?
 
I am going to give this issue another try.

If anyone would take time to restart their PC in SAFE MODE and post their observation concerning the amount of items SpyBot offers to immunize i would appericiate it.

On my PC SpyBot offers to immunize eight more items in windows safe mode, compared to windows normal mode.

Please post your observation.
