Immunization on Vista

I have Spybot version 1.5.1.15. I've used the program for years, now and like it. Currently it's on a new PC with Windows Vista Ultimate (64 bit) loaded on it. The first time I updated the immunization in Spybot, it worked flawlessly. Since then I keep getting an error message stating that I need to be an Administrator on my machine in order to perform the immunization function. Naturally, I am an administrator on this machine.

Any thoughts?
 
you have to right click --> Run as administrator. What I did was right click on SpybotSD.exe-->properties-->Under Compatibility tab-->check 'Run this program as an administrator'
