immunization+restarting

if i run s&d run the immunization feture then restart my comp (if and as needed) am i still immunizied or do i have to run the prgram again to be so?

i am under the immpersion i would still be immunizied but arnt sure hence asking,thank you for any time given to this subject.

Immunization adds entries to various registries keys and/or files. Those changes should remain in place even after a system restart. Normally the only way to remove those entries is to an "undo" from within Spybot.
