Immunize Never Finds Unprotected Items

I think I saw a similar post awhile back, but can't find it now. For months on end now, I get my various and sundry updates, but when I go to immunize, it NEVER finds anything unprotected. This seems very odd. I know there aren't new unprotected items with every update, but after months??? Using 1.6.2 on WinXP with IE8 machine. Any insights or directions to previous post that answers my concern appreciated.

Immunization has not been updated for several weeks. Thus there is nothing to immunize at this moment, everything is all right.
