Immunize not completing_just hangin' there

If anyone has time, I need a solution.

During my last 2 scans, the immunize function is not finishing. It's basically getting to the end of the line and hanging out there. There are over 1000 new items so I am getting a little worried.

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer. :)
