Immunize

Some one please help me no matter what i do it says i am not alowed to immunize unless i am a adminastrater and i am it my computer.
i have some virus's that i can not remove my computer says that i can not.
i do not know alot about computers so someone please help me.

Are you running Windows Vista?
If so, right-click on the Spybot desktop icon and click "Run as Administrator".
