Individual use of S&D within companies

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is allowed to use S&D as an individual on a single computer, operated by me, within a company, i.e., when S&D is not installed and configured centrally by an administrator.

BTW, is the use in universities considered commercial application?

Spybot Search and Destroy is only free for the private use.
The license agreement is available here.

Corporate users need to purchase a license.
There will be a 50% discount for schools, universities (where the number of users/machines is staff only) and other non profit organisations.

So at the universities ONLY staff pcs need to pay for a license, those systems used for education only ( the students) are free.
