Infected with Cool www search.came up

After running spybot I get message "www search.came up" when I try to clean it Spybot says "item cannot be removed as it may be being used by memory" do you want to run spybot at start up, i say yes and reboot pc, spybot runs again and i get exactly the same message.

I have tried running Spybot in safe mode with same result.

I also have Superantispyware installed but that does not even :sad:find this infection.
Can anyone shed some light here, I not at all a techie so hope if there is a solution it is not too differcult for me to carry out.
