Infected with Virtumonde - Can't get rid of it.

I’ve recently been experiencing random pop-ups during my internet surfing and ran Spybot to fix the issue. After several scans the Trojan Virtumonde continually reappears and I have not been unable to rid myself of the infection.

Assistance eliminating this Trojan is greatly appreciated. Also, please bear in mind that I am not as technically savvy most of the members of this forum. This said, I have no idea how to create a log for my computer as similar to those of other members in this forum.
