Infected with virtumonde.sci

i seem to have been infected with 2 entries of virtumonde.sci and Spybot does not seem to remove it when i scan it is there again some of them were removed and have not come back. i don't know how i could help with this but i will do anything necessary for you guys to properly remove it.
