What do you recommend for Real time antispyware scanner? Windows defender any good?

I also have a 2nd computer that is running slow and i would like to check for spyware also. Can i post the HJT log in this post or do i need to create a new one?

Windows defender any good<--Excellent tool

Just install the programs that I posted earlier, they will all help keep you more secure.

You also need to update your Operating System.This to will help keep you more secure. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools> Windows Updates and go for it, you need to install (SP3) Service Pack 3, there will be updates prior to and after SP3, this will also include installing IE7 which is more secure than IE6.

Just start new topic for your other computer as it could get confusing, I will keep an eye out for it but if I miss it we have a very knowledgeable staff and someone will get it.
